Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a wonderful 8-week course, that integrates mindfulness meditation with practical exercises and information from neuroscience and psychology. The course builds resilience and will support you in approaching all stress, whether small or large in a helpful way. Research has shown this particular course to be useful with a range of life struggles including living with; pain, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness.
The course is run by Tienne Simons, a mental health social worker with over 20 year of experience as a counsellor. There is a Wed evening course and a Friday morning course.
