Our lives are so busy with work, family and other responsibilities that taking time out for ourselves falls way down the list of priorities. Yet making time for rest and relaxation is such an important part of our physical mental and emotional wellbeing.
The practice of Restorative Yoga facilitates deep relaxation, to help us restore and renew energy levels.
With the use of props, we will explore various poses in a completely supportive environment. The more supported the body is the deeper the sense of relaxation, giving the brain the opportunity to quieten, and enabling both the body and mind to repair, restore and revitalise itself.
This class is suitable for students with a minimum of 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience
